The camp aims to equip these first-time MLAs with knowledge of health sustainability and parliamentary affairs, encouraging their active participation in legislative proceedings and reflecting the youth’s ideas, vision, and talent.
The training camp will be held at Dharmasthala Kshemavan near Nelamangala, where the newly elected MLAs are expected to arrive and register on the evening of June 25.
Health-related activities will take place from 6 am to 9 am each day during the three-day camp, followed by sessions conducted by senior members from 10 am until the evening.

Speaker Khader further stated that every evening during the camp, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, along with former Chief Ministers BS Yediyurappa and HD Kumaraswamy, will engage in dialogue with the new MLAs, providing them with valuable insights and guidance.
The first session of the 16th Legislative Assembly is scheduled to commence on July 3 and will run for ten days until July 14. The Governor will address the members of both houses on July 3 at 12 noon.
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will present the budget on July 7, followed by a general discussion on the budget and acceptance of demands for grants.
