HC rejects Vinay Kulkarni’s bail plea

Bengaluru: The High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, on Monday rejected the bail plea filed by Congress leader and former Minister Vinay Kulkarni who has been arrested in connection with the murder of  Zilla Panchayat Member Yogeeshgouda.

HC has considered the charge sheet filed by the CBI in connection with the case.

The High Court has refused to grant bail on the grounds that the accused is an influential person and may involve in evidence tampering.
