The HC has stayed all types of actions taken proposed to be taken against the skill game centre until further orders.

The Skill game centre owner, through her advocate has mentioned that, despite telling the Police and the Mayor of the centre running only computerized skill games and not entertaining any gambling activities, the centre was raided and the police department continued to harass us which later forced us to bring the stay order. Even after this, mayor raided our centre and demanded to produce trade license.

However, Mayor denied the charges and said that the raid was conducted on receiving complaints from the public and the raid was conducted on behalf of Mangalore City Corporation.
