Although this concept isn’t new as the company had a similar idea in 2013. The company had then distributed 50 Mercedes Benz cars to top performers. The practice was discontinued later.
Apparao VV, the Chief Human Resources Officer, said that the company pays 15 to 20 percent extra at the time of hiring a replacement and added that the company is actively taking part in skilling the workforce.
Times of India quoted him saying, “If you need a Java developer you will get them at the same price point. But a cloud professional can’t be hired at the same price point,”
