HDMC repairs roads for Union Min Pralhad Joshi’s daughter’s wedding

Dharwad: The Hubli-Dharwad Municipal Corporation has started repairing roads leading to the venue where Union minister Pralhad Joshi’s daughter will occur.

Most of the roads had potholes and were unrepaired for a long time.

Reports cited that corporation officials were postponing any works due to the supposed implementation of the Smart City project soon.

The Corporation is now repairing only those roads that will be used in Joshi’s daughter’s wedding including the one leading to his house.

The move has reportedly angered many residents who claim that they had protested since long for the road repairs to no avail.
