Karnataka residents who are stranded in other states or countries will be allowed to return to the state, and this will be facilitated after they register on the Seva Sindhu portal.
Inter- District travel
Asymptomatic people who are travelling from one district to another within Karnataka do not have to be tested or quarantined. But, Symptomatic travelers will be tested immediately. If tested positive, they will be taken to a Covid-19 hospital in the area and on testing negative, they will be required to undergo 14 days of home quarantine.

Symptomatic travelers will be tested and if tested positive they will be admitted to Covid-19 hospital and if tests negative they will have to undergo 14 days quarantine. Asymptomatic inter-state travellers, will be divided into two categories.
Those who come to urban areas, have to undergo 14 days of compulsory institutional quarantine. The other group includes everyone who has travelled to rural areas, they will be exempted if they have travelled to rural areas from Goa. All such people have to mandatorily undergo two weeks of institutional quarantine.
International travel
All travelers asymptomatic and symptomatic will be tested. If the results are positive, they will be moved to the nearest Covid-19 hospital while those testing negative will be taken for 14 days of institutional quarantine, at the end of which they will be tested again.
