Hubli: Man develops unique disposal system with an underground dustbin to avoid bad odour

Hubli: In order to avoid to bad odour, man named Vishwanath Patil in Hubli developed a unique disposal system with an underground dustbin.  Patil runs the ”Swacha, Swasth” trust

It is said that the dustbin  automatically operated and is leakproof. Also, It has been designed in such a way that garbage is not visible from outside

On the other hand, the automatic system ensured that no garbage spills out while transferring the waste and the bins.
