IAF technician from Hassan shoots self in Haryana

Hassan: A newly-wed youth, employed as a technician with the Indian Air Force committed suicide at Sirsa in Haryana on Friday.

The deceased, Mohan Kumar, 28 hails from Hassan and had got married two months ago. He was serving in the Air Force for the last eight years.

It is gathered that he shot himself by using his revolver within a toilet in the Air Force station. The reason behind the death is not known.

His mortal remains were brought to his native Kadalu in Alur taluk on Sunday evening and the final rites will be held today
