Karkala: A four-month-old baby died within hours of receiving a vaccine under a regular immunisation programme

It is said that the child was vaccinated at Renjala health care centre on Wednesday, April 7.

After reaching home, the child started vomiting and fell ill. The baby was taken to the hospital immediately but doctors declared the child dead
