Karnataka Govt to appeal before Supreme Court against Yeddyurappa by rejuvenating his 15 cases?

Bengaluru: Amid war of words, allegations between ruling congress party and BJP in Karnataka state, the state government is planning to move supreme court against Karnataka state BJP president BS Yeddyurappa by rejuvenating as many as 15 cases filed before the Karnataka high court and subsequently dismissed the high court giving clean chit to the BJP leader, the sources said. According to the sources, Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah and other congress leaders are discussing the matter with the legal experts to appeal against the high court verdicts those given clean chit to BS Yeddyurappa including denotification case.

Earlier, Yeddyurappa led BJP leaders had made several corruption allegations against Karnataka Chief Minister and other members of state legislature. Alleging corruption within the party circle, BS Yeddyurappa alleged that state congress leaders bribed the party high command in New Delhi by transferring Rs 1000 crore  to retain their their minister ship in the state cabinet.
