However, in her complaint submitted to Police Complaint Authority President NS Hocchapura, she alleged that 81 senior police officers including sate Director General of Police RK Dutta have illegally appointed orderlies and Dutta has maximum number of orderlies. The move of such police officers is violation of law and human rights, the advocate said.

According to an information obtained through Right to Information (RTI) Act, the lawyer said, IPS, KSPS and KSRP senior officers have been appointing police constables as orderlies even if the government has cancelled the such inhuman system after an order, said the complainant.

The advocate has also urged the concerned authorities to collect an amount from the senior police officers who appointed orderlies and the amount collected should be equal to the reward could be given to the service of the orderlies.
