Kasargod: Bike rider killed in road mishap

A 22-year-old youth was killed in a road mishap at Bovikkana on Cherkala-Jalsoor road on Thursday, July 6 night.

The deceased identified as Akhil was an activist of SFI.

Akhil was traveling to his home at Kallukanda when his bike reportedly collided with a jeep. He sustained serious injuries in the mishap and was taken to Kasargod Hospital. However, he could not be saved.

Adoor police have registered a case.
