KSEEB releases Karnataka SSLC admit card 2021, check details here

Bengaluru: Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board, KSEEB on Wednesday, June 30 released the admit cards of Secondary School Leaving Certification (SSLC) examination. The 10th standard exam will be conducted on July 19 and July 22 where multi-choice objective type questions will be asked.

The admit cards, however, will only be accessible to the school’s authorities. They will be required to log in through their credentials and download the hall tickets for the students.

How to download

Step 1: Visit the official website – sslc.karnataka.gov.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on ‘Login”

Step 3: On the new window, click on SSLC login

Step 4: Enter the required credentials and click on submit

Step 5: Access the admit cards and take printouts.

Students need to collect their admit cards from their respective schools. Students must contact their school administration to get the admit cards.

Schools are required to sign and stamp the admit cards before providing them to the students.

Meanwhile, the board has released a sample paper on the website to help students understand the exam pattern. The sample paper will also be sent to the schools to tell students how to write it.

This year, amid the second wave of Covid-19, the Karnataka education board decided to conduct the Class 10 board exams or SSLC exams in only two days. The core subject exam such as mathematics, Social Science, and Science will be held on July 19 and the language subject exam will take place on July 22.

Further, the board will take the SSLC exams in a Multiple Choice Question-Based Format.

The state health department has released detailed SOPs for conducting the board exams. The education department has increased the number of exam centres from 48,000 last year to 73,066 this year to ensure social distancing.

Students who will have any symptoms of Covid-19 will give the exams in a separate room, while students who are Covid-19 positive will be allowed to give the exam from the Covid care centre only.
