The three multi-axle club class air-conditioned buses are expected to ferry at least 150 people from Thrissur and Palakkad districts to Bengaluru.

The KSRTC will not be charging any fares for this service.

The Quick Response Squads will rescue tourists and other people stranded in the middle of forests and mountainous terrains in Malnad districts. Each squad has two buses, two drivers and two conductors assisting the rescue and relief operations.
