K'taka COVID-19 update: 8191 new cases, 10421 discharges, 87 deaths on Oct 12

Bengaluru: 8,191 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from across Karnataka on October 12.

On the same day, 10,421 recoveries and 87 deaths related to COVID-19 were also reported.

The COVID-19 tallies in the State now stand at 7,26,106 total cases out of which 1,13,459 are presently active and 10,123 dead.

Districts that reported a high number of COVID-19 cases are Bengaluru Urban 3,776, Mysuru 416, Tumakuru 391, Belagavi 358, Dakshina Kannada 314, Chitradurga 242, Hassana 238, Chikkamagaluru 231 and Mandya 215.
