K’taka Lok Sabha bypolls to be held on April 17, results on May 2

Manipal: The by-elections for Maski, Basavakalyana and Belagavi Lok Sabha constituencies will be held on April 17, the Election Commission announced on Tuesday, March 16.

The results of the by-elections will be announced on May 2.

The date of by-election for the Sindagi Lok Sabha constituency has not been announced.

The Election Code of Conduct has been implemented in all three constituencies from March 16.

Nominations filing will be from March 23 to 31. Verification of nominations will be on March 31 and April 3 will be the last date to withdraw nominations.
