Lockdown violations in B’luru: 434 vehicles seized, 19 DMA cases file

Bengaluru: The City Police (BCP) on Wednesday, April 28 seized 434 vehicles from different parts of the city for allegedly violating lockdown guidelines.

According to data shared by BCP, 395 two-wheelers, 22 three-wheelers, and 17 four-wheelers were seized during inspections held across the city between 10 am and 8 pm. Meanwhile, 19 cases were filed under relevant sections of the Disaster Management (DMA) Act, as per an official release.

The police had seized 2151 vehicles and had filed 39 DMA cases over the last weekend.
