There are a total of 2,12,086 voters of whom 1,06,624 are male voters and 1,05,462 are female voters. Kasaragod Assembly constituency has a total of 1,92,975 voters of whom 96,742 are male voters and 96,233 are female voters.
Trikkaripur Assembly constituency has the highest number of NRI voters. This time there are 1.181 voters. The Assembly constituency with the least number of NRI is Kasaragod. There are only 239 persons belonging to this division. 1,500 service voters are in the district.

New voters
24,856 new voters have been added to the voting list for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The count includes the online applications submitted for the inclusion of new voters in the voter slip till April 5th as well as the names provided till March 25th. As per the count published on Jan 30th 2019, there are 9,86,172 voters in the district. Now, 24,859 voters have been newly added to the voters list. Of them, 13,121 are males and 11,739 are females.
