Reports suggest that Rohit has visited the district on orders of Sharad Pawar.

At first, he reached the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Park at Shahpur and garlanded the Shivaji statue. He was accompanied by the president of Sri Ram Sene Hindustan Ramakant Konduskar and others.

Later, he adhered to the problems of the Maratha community people by visiting Belagavi city, Yallur village, and other places in the district.

In Yallur village, which is dominated by the Maratha community, he accessed the reports from the Maharashtra Ekikaran Samiti (MES) on the updates of the border dispute case being fought in the Supreme Court of India and the arguments placed before the Apex Court by the advocates arguing for the Maratha community in Belagavi.
