Mangaluru: 20-year-old killed in road accident

Mangaluru: In a tragic incident, a rider was killed in a motorbike-autorickshaw collision at Bejai in the city on Tuesday, February 21.

The deceased has been identified as Kavan Alva (20), a BBM student and a resident of Bejai.

The accident reportedly took place when the autorickshaw a sudden turn. As a result, the motorbike crashed into the autorickshaw.

Kavan was seriously injured in the incident and breathed his last. Kavan was reportedly not wearing a safety helmet, which may have contributed to the fatality.
