Mangaluru: Man attacked by group at Ullal

Mangaluru: A young man was attacked by a gang of men on Friday night at Dharma Nagar in Ullal.

It was reported that the motive of the attack was revenge for a vehicle collision.

The victim has been identified as Diwakar Acharya.

The gang reportedly arrived on bikes and attacked Diwakar with lethal objects and escaped.

Diwakar was later admitted to a private hospital at Thokkottu where he was treated for his injuries.

A case was later registered at Ullal police station.
