Mangaluru: Youth arrested for harassing college student

Mangaluru: Police officials have arrested a youth on charges of stalking and harassing a girl studying in first PUC.

The accused has been identified as Araf, a resident of Bunder.

It is said that Araf was constantly messaging the girl via Instagram and also stalking her every day while going to college. He also went near her house and abused the girl’s parents.

A case has been registered at women’s police station.
