Orange Alert: IMD predicts heavy rainfall for next five days in Udupi

Udupi: As coastal Karnataka is experiencing very heavy rainfall for the past one week, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert to the Udupi district.

According to weather reports, the district will be observing heavy rainfall for the next five days.

On July 9, a red alert has been issued and from July 10 to 13, an orange alert has been issued.

Meanwhile, the district administration has requested people to be cautious.
