He was speaking at the 14th training session of the ‘Savayava Krishi, Swavalambane ya Khushi’ series named “Namma Kaithota – Namma Ahara” sponsored by Udayavani, Organic Consumer Farmer Forum, and Mangalore University at Mangala Hall, Konaje.
Yadapadithaya said, ” Nowadays, we are consuming poison with our hard-earned money. It is important to educate young people about organic food. This program’s major goal is to raise awareness of organic farming among those interested. I had earlier participated in Udayavani’s organic training program. I hope that this kind of education campaign will inspire and raise awareness of organic farming among students and the general public.”
Ratnakar Kulai, Secretary of Organic Consumer Farmer Forum said, “It is high time that youngsters consider eating food produced organically that is not poisonous. In many places, the Udayavani has served as our main pillar for organising such programs. In recent years, the food in our kitchens has started to turn hazardous, which is leading to an increase in illnesses. Many individuals are interested in agriculture, even in the cities. However, more information is required. The Savayava Krishika Grahaka Balaga (Organic Consumer Farmer Forum) has been running a lot of training sessions.”

Prior to the event, the guests planted a fruit tree on Kaveri Guest House’s premises. Sneha Bhatt and Harikrishna Kamath Puttur shared knowledge on organic gardening, decorative plants, and other topics.
