Bengaluru: CCB has conducted a raid and arrested two men for selling liquor illegally at a higher price and confiscated over 100 liquor bottles in RT Nagar on Thursday, April 2.
The accused have been identified as Dhananjay and Sanjay. They had stored liquor bottles in an apartment building in RT Nagar to sell them at a higher price amid COVID-19 lockdown.
As per sources, police got a tip-off on Thursday on the duo selling liquor bottles illegally.
A case has been registered under the Excise Act and for violating prohibitory orders in RT Nagar police station
