Prajwal Revanna appointed as the general secretary of JD(S)

Bengaluru: Former Prime Minister and JD(S) president H.D. Deve Gowda on Monday appointed his grandson Prajwal Revanna, as general secretary of the state unit of the party.

This marks the entry of the family’s third generation into politics.

Prajwal is keen to contest either from Rajarajeshwarinagar Assembly constituency in Bengaluru or Belur in Hassan district, party sources said.
