If you’ve recently learned that your child has or might have autism spectrum disorder, you’re probably wondering and worrying about what comes next. No parent is ever prepared to hear that a child is anything other than happy and healthy, and an ASD diagnosis can be particularly frightening. You may be unsure about how to best help your child, or confused by conflicting treatment advice.
Or you may have been told that ASD is an incurable, lifelong condition, leaving you concerned that nothing you do will make a difference.
While it is true that ASD is not something a person simply “grows out of,” there are many things that can help children acquire new skills and overcome a wide variety of developmental challenges.
In one such example, Sun Chuyang, a boy from Taizhou city in Zhejiang province, was diagnosed with autism at the age of two, after he was put in a day care centre. His mother took him to practise yoga, to help him recover from autism.
Due to yoga, his talent came in front of people and the disease named autism was completely eradicated.

During the training period, the young boy, who is also known as Mike, was found to be particularly gifted in the art and remembered every posture well.
Chuyang trained in yoga for three years and finally received a certificate for teaching it.
Chuang is teaching yoga to the people of China. So far two records have been made in Sun’s name. First, he is the youngest yoga teacher in China. Second, Soon’s earning is Rs 10.90 lakh per month, making him the richest person of his age in China. Due to the art of doing difficult yogasanas easily and teaching people, Soon is earning a name all over the world.
Soon’s mother also took yoga training to improve the son’s life.
It has been claimed in many research that autism can be eliminated by yoga. If children suffering from this are given yoga, then their physical and mental development starts showing improvement.
