Prominent businessman GL Acharya no more

Puttur: VHP leader, prominent businessman, Gundibail Laxminarayana Acharya breathed his last today.

Popularly known as GL Acharya, he was known for his samaritan activities in and around the area. He was the owner of a gold shop named GL Acharya.

Acharya played a major role in setting up Vivekananda institute in the city.
