Sarod maestro Taranath to receive honorary doctorate

Hospet: Hampi Kannada University Vice-chancellor Prof. Mallika S Ghanti said that Sarod maestro Pandit Rajeev Taranath will be conferred this year’s honorary doctorate awards.

Addressing the presspersons here in Hospet, she said as per norms three names had been referred to the Governor and the latter had approved Pandit Taranath’s nomination.
