Sea erosion at Ullal; damage

Ullal: The sea erosion at Someshwar Ucchila and Ullal has continued on Tuesday as well. Aves are crashing on houses located here. The steps beside the beach at Someshwar have suffered damage. 2 electricity poles at Ucchila have broken.

Strong wind which blew for some time at Koteka Beeri left the residents terrified. The metal sheets serving as roof of the Ambedkar Industrial Association near Beeri Primary Health Centre, of a cement shop, stone shop and a canteen were blown away by the wind. Three cars were damaged after the blown away metal sheets landed on them. There was a power cut for some time after an electricity pole fell down to the ground.

Severe sea erosion at Cherangai
