Udupi: Senior BJP leader and RSS Karyakartha Thonse Devdas Pai passed away on Thursday in Udupi’s private hospital

Thonse was the first Jan Sangh leader of South India to be a member of the Municipal council.

He was also the founder of Udupi Bharat Press and started public Ganeshotsav in 1967.In recent years, he was actively involved in several religious and cultural activities
