Stones pelted at Punacha church grotto

Bantwal: Some miscreants have pelted stones at the grotto of Christ the King Church at Punacha Manela located by the side of Punacha – Thoranakatte road in the taluk. The incident was realized on Saturday May 18^th.

The statue and the glass covering the statue has been damaged by the miscreants.

Vittal police have registered a case registered based on a complaint filed by the church authorities. The police are conducting investigation.
