Subramanya: This social worker turned his home’s compound wall into social message wall

Subramanya: Jinnappa Gowda, a resident of Alve near Panja and Chinganigudde in the Sullia taluk has painted a lot of artwork on his home’s compound wall raising awareness on COVID-19.

Ginnappa is also celebrating the silver jubilee anniversary of his marriage through his paintings.

Along with awareness of COVID-19, his paintings also cover issues such as literacy, water conservation, waste management and other public issues.

“I created these artworks with the intention of raising awareness on environmental and social issues. If people are aware of issues and take necessary action on them then there will be no problem faced by all of us,” said Ginappa Gowda.
