Surathkal: 45, including 30 CISF personnel test Covid 19 positive?

Mangaluru: Random testing undertaken by the district administration has found 45 persons from Surathkal region to be positive for coronavirus. This includes 30 personnel from CISF unit deployed at MRPL.

While an official confirmation from district administration is awaited, sources have revealed that as many as 183 new cases have been reported in the district today.

Out of the cumulative 1,359 positive cases reported in Dakshina Kannada, as on July 7, 683 patients have been discharged and 650 cases are active.
