Teenager ends life by hanging

Mangaluru: A teenage college students ended his life by hanging on Thursday, August 29 at Masthikatte near Ullal. The deceased is identified as Pratheek (18), son of Kamalaksha and Padmakshi, both employees of a cooperative bank in city.

Apparently, the deceased informed his parents that today was a holiday and stayed back at home. Eventually it was found that he had committed suicide by hanging.

The deceased was pursuing second PUC at a college in the city and the reason behind his taking the extreme step is unknown.
