“It is a relief to see today’s FSL report. I have no personal hatred for anyone. There are even bigger fishes in this case. They are still pending to be caught. The matter is being investigated in court. So, I can’t make any information with me public,” Lankesh said.
Addressing a press conference here, Lankesh added, “I will cooperate with the CCB in every way to investigate the case. I am willing to go to the CCB officials if they call again. 12 crore drugs are supplied by carrying them in stomachs. Young people and students will be ruined by this.”
Referring to the complaint he lodged with the Home Minister in connection with the drugs case, he said, “Based on my information, I have lodged a complaint with the Home Minister. I was then criticised by some in Sandalwood. They said that Indrajit has no job so he’s doing this. Drugs worth crores of rupees are coming to Bengaluru, which shows the demand for drugs in Bengaluru. Therefore, there should be further investigation into it.”
