It might be reviewed that Hebbalkar, one of the lady aspirant for a ministerial berth in the coalition government had questioned the parameters on which opportunity was given to Jayamala. “I have endured injustice. Perhaps party leaders enjoyed the administration of Jayamala,” said Hebbalkar.
Addressing media people, Jayamala stated, “I have come to this level in politics with my accomplishments. That sort of statement, I found her statement inappropriate.”
Jayamala happens to be the only lady leader in the 25-part Cabinet that took oath on June 6. She was given the Women and Child Welfare Department Ministry.
