Thumbay dam full: Continuous water supply to M’luru city

Mangaluru: With the increase in water flow along Netravati river, enough water is flowing into Thumbay vented dam. The water shortage problem which was plaguing the city since more than a month has been resolved and water is being supplied continuously.

Since there is enough inflow of water, the water level at the dam is being maintained at 5 meters. Once sluice gate has been opened and additional water is being let out.
