Traffic cop creates hurdles on Lalbagh road in drunken stupor

Mangaluru: A traffic constable, attached to Pandeshwar traffic police station was spotted creating a nuisance for commuters near Bharat Mall here on Wednesday, September 19  contrary to what is job demands of him.

The cop identified as Ashok Gowda was said to be in an inebriated state at the time of the incident.

In the video that has now gone viral, the cop can be seen walking on the middle of the road, muttering something until passersby intervened and escorted him off the road.

The saving grace for Ashok, however, is that he was off-duty at the time of the incident.
