Tremors felt in Vijayapura dist; residents rush out of buildings

Vijayapura: Earthquake tremors were reported at several places in the district here between 2:25-2:30 am on Sunday.

People ran out of their houses and stayed out the whole night.

The earthquake was felt in Vijayapur city’s Gyangbavadi area, Lohagaon village, Arkeri, Kallakavatagi and most of the villages in Tikota taluk.
