Udupi: Senior advocate & Congress leader Cherkady Vijay Hegde passes away

Udupi: Senior advocate and Congress party leader Cherkady Vijay Hegde passed away on Tuesday, June 18, at his residence in Ambalapady.

He is survived by his wife, daughter, and son.

He was the former chairman of the Udupi Urban Development Authority. He also served as an agent for Congress party candidates in the last Assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
