Udupi: Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje launched a scathing attack on the Congress government about the case of girls taking a video of another student in the college washroom. Addressing the media during a press conference, the minister emphasized the need for a technical inquiry to uncover the truth, ensuring justice for the affected students.

Minister Karandlaje stated that the incident in Udupi had garnered nationwide attention. She asserted that it was essential to focus on protecting the students of her constituency and ensuring that they receive fair treatment and support during this trying time.

“We had said, what will happen if Siddaramaiah comes to power, that is what we are seeing before our eyes,” the minister said, expressing her apprehensions about the current government’s handling of the situation.

Minister Karandlaje urged for a thorough and unbiased investigation into the matter. She said instead of just questioning the students involved in the incident, a thorough technical inquiry should be conducted to establish the truth.
