Uma Prashanth promoted as SP of ACB

Mangaluru: DySP of traffic and crime department Uma Prashanth, has been promoted as superintendent of police (SP) of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).

Uma Prashanth has earlier worked on different designations at Bengaluru, Kunigal, and as Karwar deputy commissioner of police.

In the backdrop of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, several top officials are being transferred.
