Udupi: Vidya Kumari took charge as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Udupi district at the District Offices Complex here on Friday, August 11th.

The outgoing Additional Deputy Commissioner G. Anuradha handed over charge to Ms. Kumari, who earlier served as Additional Deputy Commissioner in Kolar.
