Viral video of Rosogolla Biryani leaves netizens disgusted; Would you try it?

Recently, a food blogger shared a video of a biryani on facebook and asked the viewers to guess what the white coloured-blob on top of the biryani was? After a few seconds she reveals that the round objects are rosogollas, that have been added to Biryani rice.

She captioned the post, “It sounds unbelievable? But I just had the ‘ Angoori Rosogolla Biriyani ‘ along with Hara Bhara Kebab, Aloo Chaap, and Dahi ka Chutney and Firni,”

Since being shared, the post has received over 900 shares and lakhs of views. People have given mixed responses to the fusion biryani. While few people have been calling it different and unique as they believe it is worth a try, others are criticising the dish and also accusing the makers of spoiling the authenticity of biryani.
