Vitla: 2 injured in serial collision of lorry, mini truck and bike

Vitla: A serial collision of three vehicles was reported from Kodaje on the Mani-Mysuru State highway near here.

A lorry coming from Puttur and a Tata Ace minitruck coming from Mani had a frontal collision. A bike following the Ace hit it.

The Tata Ace driver was seriously injured and the bike rider was also injured. Both have been hospitalized.

The collision caused a traffic jam on the highway. Vitla police station officials visited the area and managed to ease the traffic.

The Kodaje portion of the Mani-Mysuru State Highway is considered an accident zone as vehicle collision occurs regularly here.
