Brock Pierce is a child actor-turned-cryptocurrency billionaire who is amongst the 1,216 independent candidates in the upcoming US presidential election.

The 39-year-old is a former Disney child actor, starring in The Mighty Ducks and First Kid before he became a billionaire cryptocurrency entrepreneur

He made his fortune during his second career as a tech entrepreneur and is said to have raised billions of dollars early in the crypto ecosystem.

According to Federal Election Commission data, Pierce was endorsed by the Independence Party of New York at its presidential nominating convention in August and has pumped in over three million of his own dollars into his campaign
