Wife of Kolar MLA, Shyamala Passes Away in Bengaluru after Serious Health Issues

Kolar: Wife independent Kolar MLA Varthur Prakash, Shyamala (40) passed away on Wednesday morning at a private hospital in Bengaluru following multi organ failure. She had been suffering from dengue fever for the last a few days and had been kept under dialysis for the past two days.

The deceased is survived by her husband, her three sons, Prakash, Thejas and Rakshith. Last rites of Shyamala are scheduled to be held at Varthur on Wednesday evening and hundreds of people from around the state are expected witness the funeral, sources said.
