Woman gives birth in auto after hospital denies admission

Yadagiri: A woman gave birth to a baby in an autorickshaw as the staff of the government hospital refused to admit her without proper documents.

As per reports, Devi, a resident of Mudnala Randa had approached a government hospital after experiencing labor pain. However, the hospital personnel denied admission for not carrying proper identification documents.

On her way back from the hospital, she gave birth to the baby in the autorickshaw and was later admitted to the district hospital. Both Devi and baby are being treated and are safe.
