Woman gives birth to baby boy in ambulance

Chikkaballapur: A woman delivered a baby boy in an ambulance in Kamravarapalli village of Bagepalli Taluk on Sunday, March 1.

Sudha, a resident of Kammavarapalli village began experiencing acute labor pain en route to the hospital in an ambulance, following which  the ambulance staff conducted the delivery in the ambulance itself.

Ambulance staff Seenappa and Murali were assisted by an ASHA worker to complete delivery.

As per reports, both mother and baby are said to be healthy.
